Asya & Jamie had an amazing wedding in Banff at Buffalo Mountain Lodge, with a combination of Canadian and Russian traditions. There was no shortage of fun times at their wedding!
At Lake Minnewanke
The head of the house hold is based on who takes the largest bite of bread at the ceremony. Then Jamie had to get his bride back when Asya got kidnapped during the reception. You'll even see Jamie dancing to get Asya back and drinking out of her shoe in the film!! From the cake toppers, to wedding colours and music selection, it was a true blending of beautiful cultures and families! Vodka! ( I think that's what the guests we're cheering all night?!)

Jenna + Riley | Highlight Reel | An Outdoor Wedding | Al Azhar Shrine Centre
When we first met Jenna and Riley (over Skype), they were living in Sweden about a year ago. We quickly found out that they were born and raised in Alberta and Saskatchewan and were living aboard due to Riley's career in sports. These two really do have a world wind romance!
Fast forward almost a year to this past June, on the longest day of the year! This gorgeous couple's day was finally here! The weather was perfect and the outdoor ceremony location was even more stunning. If you haven't check out this location, it's one to consider for private outdoor ceremonies in Calgary.
Surrounded by friends and family from various locations, the day was truly magical. The love these two have for each is strong, passionate and real. Big thank you to Kate Mahaits Photography, a family member of Jenna's and talented photographer from Squamish, B.C. for sharing the day with us. Congrats again!
