After filming weddings for 14 years and having completed over 500 wedding ceremonies, we’re pleased to offer Live Streaming as a Parfait Productions service.

The method we have chosen for live stream is to provide couples with the same professional quality and multi camera experience Parfait Productions is known for. This is for couples who want a high quality multi camera experience of their wedding ceremony. Let your guests truly experience your beautiful wedding ceremony.

Whats included?

Multi Camera Wireless Set up with Professional Cinema Cameras (2-3 camera stationary angles, 1 moving angle on a gimbal)

Professional Wireless Audio Equipment (professional wireless hand held mic, professional wireless lapel microphones if required) The live stream will include all the live music or music from DJ + dialogue audio from the couple, officiant, and any readers throughout ceremony.

  • 1 Broadcast switcher operator to ensure your guests are seeing the best angles during the ceremony live stream

  • 1 Cinematographer operating the cameras during the ceremony

  • Optional second shooter available

  • Private personalized live stream page for you and your guests

Wedding Ceremony Live Steam

Whats included?

  • Professional live steam equipment (3-4 professional cameras, hand held microphone, lapel microphones if required, broadcast switcher with operator and cinematographer)

  • HD Live Stream of your wedding ceremony hosted online privately (unlimited viewers, fully private viewing event)

  • Live feed of your wedding ceremony, entrance to exit. (For ceremonies duration of approximately/up to 30 minutes in duration)

  • Live Stream file available for download the day of the wedding

  • Within 48 hours of the ceremony the live stream file will be replaced with a touched up higher resolution Documentary Film of the Ceremony.

  • Portable power, when in remote area

  • Portable LTE connection

  • What is needed from you/your venue?

Ethernet not required, but is preferred when available. Parfait Productions provides a LTE hotspot as a primary internet source if Ethernet is not available. Firewalls and network security may prevent our switcher from connecting to the ethernet source.

**Parfait Productions is not liable for the quality of the LTE service available at your ceremony/reception venue.

Prior to the live stream:

  • Communication with Parfait regarding the personal details/traditions of your wedding ceremony.

  • Parfait will provide the private link to the live stream page to couple to share with guests.

  • Communication regarding any third party audio source you may have previously booked (DJ/AV company, and/or live music)

  • Parfait Productions will do a site visit to test ethernet and LTE reliability prior to the event.

  • The set up time is 90 minutes prior to the start fo the ceremony to have everything complete prior to guest arrival.

After the wedding:

  • A downloadable file from the live stream will be available through the streaming page shortly after the ceremony is complete. The downloadable file will be replaced with a touched up higher resolution file within 72 hours.

$1500.00 + 5% GST

50% non refundable initial payment to secure Parfait Productions for your live stream.

Travel fees will apply for locations outside of the Calgary city limits.

F.A.Q.

My wedding ceremony will have live musicians, will my guests on the live stream hear the live music?

We love live music. Our team is dedicated to professionally capturing audio at all times. What this means is that everyone participating in your ceremony from a audio perspective has a dedicated microphone, such as your officiant, the couple and any live musicians. If you have recorded music playing this will also be included in your live stream. It’s important to us that your guests on the feed are experiencing the ceremony as if they were there in person.What if my wedding is going to be out of range of LTE, and will not have an ethernet connection, or power?

If ethernet isn’t unavailable but LTE is available, no problem at all. We have you covered!

If some form of internet is available (LTE or Ethernet) and power is not available, we have you covered.

If internet of any form is not available ( LTE, or ethernet) this means your wedding ceremony can not be live streamed live, however it can still be filmed to share your wedding with those who weren’t able to attend. In lieu of a live stream you would be best suited for a expedited edit of your ceremony. You would receive the documentary cut of your ceremony on a private page for you and your guests to enjoy within 24 hours of the ceremony. Your ceremony would be captured by Parfait, just like the other examples, with professional cameras and professional audio equipment and then edited once we are back in the office and uploaded to your private page.
