We were super lucky to be back in Golden for Katrina and Devon's wedding. The weather was beautiful and the sunset the night of their wedding was un real! From the moment we met these two, we knew their wedding would be memorable.
Katrina and Devon's ceremony was heart warming and sweet. We're suckers for personal vows, as you might already know. From there we were treated to a little tour of Golden by their super sweet photographers, Lolo & Noa. We even got to shoot with a vintage car their neighbour had! The afternoon was perfect. We ended the night back at Hillside for their reception. Katrina blew our minds with all the perfectly planned details. We love the classic colour scheme she selected. It complimented the barn and made for an intimating environment for their guests.
All our wildest filmmaker wishes came true with their wedding. Awesome couple, heartfelt vows and gorgeous light! That to us is heaven and the recipe to any great film!

We hope everyone's having an awesome Tuesday! Summer might be over, but for us we're lucky to have summer in the office everyday. We're editing away our summer weddings anytime we aren't filming. Today we're featuring Kaylee and Dustin's Silvertip Wedding!
Creating this Highlight Reel we felt warm and fuzzy feelings the whole time. Their day was perfect and full of sweet moments. The clouds made for some epic footage as well. Their indoor ceremony was stunning and intimate. We think you'll agree when you see it!

These kind souls were brought together by their love of animals! Holly's mom is also to thank! Their day was filled with love from their family and friends. We love how relaxed they were all day! Holly's organization leading up to the day meant they could really enjoy their wedding day and spend time with their guests.
We were grateful to have connected with Holly and Cody through Holly's childhood friend Tracy and Parfait couple, Tracy and Claude! The ceremony was at Airdrie United Church, this was the church Holly grew up at! This is the last wedding that ever took place there. We'll be sad to see this charming church go! The reception was at the Railway Orientation Centre at Heritage Park. A summer at Heritage Park wouldn't be complete without vintage rides and ice cream floats!
Every piece of decor was made by the couple and their loved ones. Holly's custom hangers for her whole bridal party were such a nice touch! We love how they even planted their own flowers for the reception tables! High five to them, that's commitment !!

Madison + Andrew's Dream Banff Wedding
Madison + Andrew's Fairmont Banff Springs Wedding
Madison and Andrew are two of the kindest and sweetest people we know. We love that we got to know Andrew's family more this summer, as we had the honour of shooting his brothers wedding last year! ( Remember Jeanne and Mark?!)
We first heard from Madison right after Andrew proposed. When a man involves your family at your proposal, he's a keeper ladies! They are madly in love and started planning their summer wedding with the help of Sheryl of Lynn Fletcher Weddings. Their vision came to life at a fairytale location, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Friends of Madison's from the States came to celebrate her big day and support their best friend. From spontaneous dance parties during hair and make up and touching speeches, Madison has some incredible friends and family. Andrew's kind family made the trip to the mountains to celebrate, and brought their infectious love and support!
Together these two have the most supportive families, and amazing examples of what marriage is. Their strong their faith and wicked dance moves, made for a memorable day!
Congrats to you both! We hope you're loving every second as newlyweds and living in the same city! Yay! Thank you again for sharing your wedding day with us!
