The wait is finally over! We know there has been so much anticipation for this film! We are so excited to be sharing it with all of you tonight!
We first met Anisha & Ashok last summer for coffees, after many emails back and fourth. They told us all about their wedding plans, vision and the personal touches they would add to the day. We should note, they love music (Especially the Beatles!) We filmed an engagement film for them, that they decided to keep private and show at the reception. We worked with the couple to bring their vision to life. Ashok even wrote the scrip!!
We filmed 2 days of their wedding celebrations, the Mandvo and ceremony/reception. Part 1 shot in Calgary and the last day with the ceremony and reception were filmed in Canmore at the Canmore Nordic Centre & The Coast Hotel.
From the moment we arrived for the Mandvo, the the last moments filming at the reception, there was never a dull moment! We love action! From the outfits, food, flowers and rituals, the colours and details were truly stunning and caught our eyes.
We want to thank the couple and their families for welcoming us into their home and sharing this moment with our team! We had the pleasure of working with Banga Studios from Toronto at the wedding. They were lovely and were great guides for our first East Indian wedding.

Operation Pink Skirt: Success
The moment Jonathan approached us- we were SO excited! Not only have we always wanted to film a proposal but we knew Claudette would have wanted this moment filmed.
The planning was on! From the location, design of the scene, the AMAZING ring Jonathan custom made , flowers, stationary, furniture rentals, champagne, outfits, to how Jonathan would try to fool Claudette into meeting him at the park- everything was carefully planned! Jonathan had carefully studied all of Claudette's Pinterest boards to ensure everything was going to be just right. After all she's a wedding planner and would have wanted everything to be perfect!
We have to thank Dawn and the amazing team at the Social Page for helping us pull this off and film in the space. Carmela was on stand by, ensuring Claudette was kept busy while we arrived and set things up there.
The moment Claudette received the note from Jonathan directing her to put on her pretty skirt (From Adorn Boutique in Inglewood) on and meet him at the park- it was priceless! We were shaking with anticipation and excitement! ( you might be able to tell!) We were so excited for Claudette!!!!
From the set up, to the moment Claudette was surprised with the note from Jonathan, to the moment he proposed. It was an honour to captured this oh so romantic and raw moment. We couldn't be more excited for these love birds!!!! They are amazing and deserve a world of happiness together!!! Yay we pulled it off guys!! Devonne & TK's Summer Mountain Wedding
The moment Devonne contacted us last summer, she was so sweet and enthusiastic! She heard about Parfait from Tegan and Dave (remember them?), as she also grew up in the Innisfail area as well. We met half way in Calgary for coffee's and had the chance to Skype TK, as he was living on the other side of the world! Devonne even told us she was busy making jam for all her guests, as the Saskatoon berry season was slowly coming to an end. What a perfect touch for the international group of friends and family who would attend their wedding.
Fast forward the the spring of their wedding. TK and Devonne came by the office to chat logistic and catch up. They also had recently sent us the stunning photos from their traditional engagement ceremony in TK's hometown. The outfits were stunning! The anticipation was rising for their big day!
The wedding day was finally here! After a beautiful drive out to the mountains, we had arrived! It was the Friday of the August long weekend, in beautiful Banff at the Rimrock Hotel. The sun was shinning! We were greeted with smiles and excitement! The whole day we couldn't help but notice this lovely couples energy and excitement to finally be married! Devonne wore here mother's veil, which complimented her dress beautifully!! Devonne and TK mixed their two cultures seamlessly and ensured the dance floor had a mix of music. They even invited every guests on the dance floor before dinner to get the party started!! We were also thrilled to work with the lovely Kelsy Nielson Photographer again.

We're thrilled to release this Highlight Reel! Jeanné and Mark are super sweet, we met them both back in December at Jeanné's best friends wedding. We remember chatting with Mark about wedding planning and tips. We were both in the midst of planning.
The day had finally come! We were so excited to film their wedding ! We know they are both big fans of our work and wanted a memorable and awesome film! Jeanné & Mark decided to hold their summer wedding at the Cochrane RancheHouse! It was perfect for their rustic dyi wedding and our first time shooting there!
From custom vows to heart felt letters, these two will make any couple jealous! It was pleasure to be part of their wedding and capturing their love story on film! Check out the film!
